Our September vote regarding the Assessment increase did not garner enough votes to constitute the required 60% quorum for a financial matter. We will be holding a re-vote, per the bylaws:
Under Article XII, Section 11, the Board of Trustees is going to call for a second “meeting” to vote on this issue. The bylaws set out these guidelines:
• The quorum at a second meeting will be half the required quorum of previous meeting
• The second meeting will be no more than 90 days after the annual meeting.
• At least 30 days written notice are given before the second meeting.
